Our Zuchon Babies

A non-refundable placement fee of $350 is received before babies are born. This assures you getting a puppy. Please print and send this contract to the address above with $350. If sending a check please make it out to: Carolyn Willis and on the memo line please put Zuchon Baby. For your convenience we also use Pay Pal. There is a small fee for this service.  

A Non Refundable Deposit once puppies are born and are 4 weeks old of $600 is due with this Signed contract. If you have already sent the signed contact with a placement fee you do not have to send the contract again, just the $600. We try very hard to help you pick a puppy that will fit your lifestyle and family! I will send pictures via email.  The last portion of your payment is due in cash on delivery/pick-up of your puppy. The amount due depends on whether you have sent a Placement Fee. (: Your new baby comes with a kennel, blanket, health guarantee, health records, papers on his/her first 8/10 weeks of life, registration papers and lots and lots of love to give. Total price of your baby is $1895.00 Payments are due at 4 weeks of age and the  remainder is due in cash when you pick your baby up. The $350 deposit is subtracted from your total.

Please take your baby to your vet during the first 7 days after you have picked him/her up. If in the event your vet finds a life threatening congenital illness with your baby,  we will refund your monies or another puppy given. Once your vet has sent us the documentation and our vet has reviewed it and agrees with the diagnosis.  Here at Cavern Hill Zuchon we have put years into developing happy healthy babies. We do not make any guarantees for Cherry Eye, Umbilical Cord Hernias, Heart Murmurs less than a level 3 (certified by a licensed vet that specializes in Cardiology). We do provide a "Life Long" policy. If for any reason you can not care for your puppy/dog you can return him/her to us in good health and with original paper work. We love our puppies/dogs and want only the very best for them!
